The Heart Chakra (Anahata): The Center of Love and Compassion

The Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata (meaning "unstruck" or "unhurt" in Sanskrit), is the fourth of the seven primary chakras. Located in the center of the chest, it's the bridge between the lower, physical chakras and the upper, spiritual chakras. The Heart Chakra is the centre of love, compassion, forgiveness, connection, and empathy.
